IP megapixel cameras have a minimum of 3 x the resolution of a standard high quality analogue camera. These cameras have a typical record resolution of about 4 - 500,000 pixels where an ip camera starts at 1.3 megapixels (1,300,000 pixels) and go upto 10 megapixels.
